Junior Product Manager Intern
Be part of the continuing growth journey of one of the up and coming Recruiting/Ed-tech startups with a social impact in the healthcare industry. As PRODUCT INTERN (minimum 6 months) you will build an industry-changing product.
Careloop is the online recruiting and education platform for international nurses that turns the application process upside down by making German health care companies apply to candidates who are vetted by Careloop. In addition, the recently launched Careloop Academy enables digital learning for nurses. We just raised our first investment round and are ready to take the next step with you.
Your Mission
Be an executer: Support the CPO with LMS product development, maintenance and design
Be an innovator: Conceptualize recruiting workflows and validate them with CPO and CEO. Implement and integrate these processes from the beginning
Be a leader: Partner up with external developers to achieve fast and quality results
Your Profile
You already created web applications in the past. You have a basic understanding of programming languages and plugin development tools
You have a proven track record in product management related task
You fully admit to customer-centricity and testing when developing new features and work along the customer journey to identify and understand the needs of our customers
You can handle multiple tasks, switch priorities as needed
Hands-on mentality is an integral part of your DNA
You are hard-working and your desire to achieve impact and results is bigger than a 9-5 working schedule
You have an open and professional approach towards people and new situations
You can easily work in an independent and goal-oriented manner
You have 6 months time to create an impact at Careloop
Ideally, you speak English fluently or you are fluent in German and speak English well
