This profile is what you use to apply to employers. Here you maintain all important information about yourself, your education, and your professional qualifications. This profile is also used for your job applications.

2. Documents – All Your Files in One Place
In the “Documents” section, you’ll find an overview of all required documents that we need from you throughout the process, such as training certificates, language certificates, and other important documents. The status indicator shows you for each document whether it has already been reviewed by us or whether we still need additional documents from you.
3. Process Overview – Always Keep Track
The “Process” section is divided into three main areas on the left side: Interview Offers, Job Offers, and Immigration.
The “Interview Offers” section provides an overview of all your scheduled and completed interviews. Here you can also directly book various meetings such as the introductory call, interview preparation, mock interview, and final job interview.
In the “Job Offers” section, you receive an overview of all open, accepted, or declined job offers.

Once you receive an invitation to a job interview, the mock interview is next. It gives you the chance to prepare specifically for your conversation with the potential employer.
